SMELL:

Tenuta Ulisse, the Wine Makers, has launched a bottle of Don Antonio wine, a bottle of wine made from bunches of grapes picked from 80-year-old vines to increase the value of the wine bottle. The wine is made from native grape varieties mixed together, the wine is soaked and fermented at a temperature of 24 - 26°C for 20 to 25 days and then aged in French oak barrels. The wine has a unique flavor from ripe red fruits, plums, cocoa, cherry jam, licorice, and notes of black pepper, new oak, and spices. Don Antoni wine has a solid structure thanks to soft tannins, minerality, sweetness and acidity in harmony with a long aftertaste.
