CHARACTERISTIC:

The grapes are grown on clay-limestone soil. The grapes are picked by hand in early September, then pressed and fermented for 3 weeks. The wine continues to be aged in new oak barrels for 12 years. month, then mixed and bottled, then aged in bottles for 2 months. The wine is made of high quality in limited quantities.

SMELL:

The wine has the aroma of ripe red fruit, spices, plum, vanilla, cocoa, new oak, the wine has a good structure in terms of astringency, acidity, sweetness and very balanced concentration, with a long aftertaste.
