USES:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: (use only 1 of 2 ways)

  1. Use cold water: Break pho into palm-sized pieces, soak in clean water at room temperature for 10 minutes, then take out and drain.
  2. Use boiling water: Put pho in boiling water, boil for 3 minutes, take out and rinse under cold water and drain.

  • Salad: Take the soft pho and mix it with vegetables, meat, fish, seafood, and a little fatty, sweet and sour sauce of your choice.
  • Cassava pho broth: Place softened pho in a bowl, add warm broth (snakehead fish, tuna, meat,...), serve with vegetables
  • Field battle: Put the soft pho into a bowl, mix with soy sauce and add a little seasoning powder if you like.
  • Fry the puffs: Break a piece of dry pho, drop it into a pan of hot oil, fry the puffs for about 5 seconds, take them out to drain the oil, and use for dipping/drinking the sauce.
